How to Check Your Amazon Gift Card Balance

Go to the Amazon website and log in to your account if needed. Hover over Accounts & Lists then click Account. Your balance amount appears next to Amazon Gift Card Balance.
Mobile App
Log into your account on the Amazon mobile app. Tap the Menu icon (three lines) in the bottom right corner. Tap Your Account, then tap Amazon Gift Card Balance. Your balance amount will be displayed.
