The 2024 NFL Draft has come and gone, and it's time to evaluate how each team fared. Here are quick-snap grades for each pick or set of picks, reflecting the value I think they provide based on slot and college film/athleticism scores.
Oregon's Bo Nix Leads the Class
The 24-year-old signal-caller captured the lead in seven PFF grading categories. A dynamic playmaker with a strong arm and excellent mobility, Nix has all the tools to be a successful NFL quarterback.
Bears Earn Highest Mark After Landing Caleb Williams and Rome Odunze
The Bears earned the highest grade after landing quarterback Caleb Williams and wide receiver Rome Odunze with their 9th draft pick. Williams is a generational talent with incredible arm strength and mobility, while Odunze is a physically imposing wideout with excellent hands and route-running ability.
Concerns Linger Over Pratt's Ability to Succeed in the NFL
While Anthony Richardson has shown flashes of brilliance, some concerns linger about his ability to succeed at the NFL level. A- He has a strong arm and good mobility, but his accuracy and decision-making need improvement.
King King Could Be a Stea
Once pegged as a potential first-round pick, King King has seen his stock drop slightly due to injury concerns. However, his athleticism and playmaking ability are undeniable. If he can stay healthy, he could be a steal for the team that drafted him.
